All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.

During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Within Nairobi

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (where applicable)

Outside Nairobi (Rest of Kenya)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
